Solid Foundation.

Matt Eilers has a solid foundation in financial services. From a young age, his parents instilled financial responsibility in Matt and his siblings, teaching them how to budget and account for things like taxes, tithing, and saving. It was no surprise that later in life, Matt became immersed professionally in financial services. Matt started his career in the golf industry while he attended Ferris State University. His passion in golf was teaching and helping others through instruction. He later took that passion and applied it to financial services, and since 2008 has been immersed in advising, coaching and consulting with investors, retirees, and fellow advisors.

Matt spent almost two decades as the “advisor to the advisors,” coaching and consulting with advisors on strategic financial planning, product strategy, practice management, and relationship management. With the expertise he gained over the years, Matt was confident he could succeed in his own financial advisory and established Medalist Wealth Management.

Matt now serves his community by helping people build strong, well-constructed financial plans that empower them to live the lives they have worked so hard for. He is passionate about prioritizing client relationships and offering honest, transparent guidance. Understanding that each person’s journey is different, Matt has made it his mission to help his clients achieve peace of mind with a clear vision for the future.
